Tourney
must be pre-paid by expire time to take advantage of
offer. Super NIT, State Tourneys, and Nationals to not
qualify for offer. Discounts only for current season and no
refunds will be granted only transfers. Team gate fees
of 75.00 are paid at the field. |

GATE PASS
Most tournaments have a gate passes of $5.00 per day
for anyone over 15 entering tourneys. USSSA Tourneys
will have a team gate passes at a team discount, of
$75.00 per team for the whole weekend. Parents can come
and go without passes, The manager of each teams will
collect gate pass money and turn in to the field
director. Super NIT Tourneys will
have a pay at the Gate per person. |
MANAGERS
RESPONSIBILITY
No coaches meeting!!! No
tournament package!
All info on this website *** All teams must be at their
scheduled field 1 hour prior to game time. Games may
start up to 1 hour earlier due to forfeits or slaughter
rules. Please, print all rules and pass onto coaches and
parents.
1:BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME:
Turn in a copy of roster and team gate fee of 75.00 to
director.
2:HAVE ON FOR REVIEW:
Proof of birth ** Keep these with your team at all
times. If your team is protested and you don't have
proof, there will be a penalty.
PENALTY: Upon discovery of
a player without these documents, the team forfeits all
games and is removed from the tournament.
3:MANAGERS must report all
scores and pitching record to tournament director after
each game. Also, check posted scores on tournament score
board. |

USSSA STATE WEATHER POLICY ::
No Games Played – Tournament Cancelled due to
Weather - 75% of the tournament entry fee will be
refunded. ( Top Gun Tourneys will allowed teams to
transfer money to other events or will give a 75% refund

Game Played – Tournament Cancelled after 1 game
due to Weather – 50% Refund of entry fee.
2 Games Played - Tournament
Cancelled after 2 games due to Weather – No refund : Two
(2) games played with a combo of forfeit and a game
played - 100.00 refund due. A game is considered a full
game in 4 innings or 3 ½ innings if the home team is
leading.. If there is a tie after 4 innings and the
game/tournament is cancelled due to Weather, it will be
considered a tie in the standings will a 100.00 refund.
Once Schedules have been posted no refunds will be
granted.

DIRECTOR
The on site
Tournament
Director
has the
final
authority to
settle all
disputes.
For any
reason!! It
is up to
mangers of
each team to
contact the
Tournament
Director.
Only one
contact per
Team. The
managers
will need to
pass
tournament
info onto
ASST Coaches
and parents.
The
Tournament
Director
reserves the
right to
modify rules
and game
schedules in
the best
interest of
the
tournament.
